August 2007 - Burrup Peninsula WA

The Burrup peninsula is near Dampier and host one of the largest bodies of rock art in the world. These photos were taken at a public site near Hearson's cove. Pictured are a couple of dolphins, a echidna, and a kangaroo (landscape photo). Check closely at the photo of the hill and see how many engraving you see popping out at you!
